Missionaries Larry Allred & Tammy Allred
Missionary Larry Allred is the founding pastor of the North Mérida Baptist Church. He and Tammy have also helped to plant three other churches - South Merida Baptist Church, San Jose Tzal Baptist Church and Caucel City Baptist Church.
When the Allreds arrived in Merida in the spring of 2000, they first began a home Bible study. The next year the Lord provided a building for them to purchase for the first church plant. In September of 2001, the North Merida Baptist Church had their grand opening service. In 2008 Larry recived his masters in biblical studies through Lousiana Baptist University. In 2009, Larry and another local Baptist missionary co-founded the Baptist Bible Seminary. In May 2014 Larry recived his PHD in Christian Counseling through Louisiana Baptist University.
Larry and Tammy have four adult children and nine grandchildren.

Coordinate, record, and apply the church's financial resources, providing financial, accounting, and tax information to the administrative management.
Héctor Ortiz
Secretary
He is responsible for providing assistance to internal and external staff with their information requests, maintaining control of the reception area in the church offices, and providing support in administrative activities.
Alberto Aguirre
Janitor
He is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Mérida Norte Baptist Church. His hard work is important for the proper functioning of the church and its facilities.
Ricardo Canché
Media Director
Oversees the areas of the church's media ministry, including audio, video, lighting, photography, and digital content. Leads the technical teams.
Jonathan Novelo
Administrative Assistant
His job is to provide administrative support, mainly assisting the accountant and secretary.
